In their function as Woodbridge Acoustic and Lightweight Solutions, Wheel Liners also have the capability to handle vehicle airflow and deflect water. For outstanding responsiveness to individual customer needs, a choice of materials and custom material weights allows tailoring solutions to specific cost points or exacting Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) requirements. Available materials include:
- High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) that offers high performance in a cost-effective solution and is 100 percent recyclable
- Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) that can be used alone or in combination with strategically positioned NVH supplements for superior NVH control
- PET bilaminate that offers outstanding water repellency and NVH control
