Energy Management Foam C
Woodbridge’s energy management foam is designed for automotive safety components. This foam can enhance the crashworthiness of both interior and exterior assemblies to manage crash forces in head, side, and front impacts, as well as in bumper systems to minimize vehicle damage. This product is offered in both polyurethane and bead/particle foams including expanded polypropylene(EPP) with zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to ensure the optimal solution for each unique application. Utilizing diverse materials and in-house chemical systems development, Woodbridge supplies these occupant safety components to deliver low-cost, highly-efficient energy management solutions engineered to meet virtually any crash force requirement.
Our energy management foam provides better protection due to consistent impact performance in any direction and can we customized to mold complex shapes with thick and thin cross-sectional variation. Woodbridge can also accelerate development with CNC sampling, hard prototype tools, and samples through to production.
