Coverstock Laminate Headliner Foam

Woodbridge’s headliner coverstock laminate foam is designed for highly-efficient processes, which laminate coverstock foams to all fabric types. Formulations are specifically engineered for wet and dry headliner forming, as well as conventional and foam-in-place soft trim applications. We also offer flat and round bun manufacturing in both polyether and polyester grades. Known as StrataPlush™, this product achieves crisp, clean line definition, superior resistance to mottling, higher firmness range, and reduced thickness capability as low as 2 mm, while maintaining outstanding performance.
