Coverstock Laminate Foam

Woodbridge’s coverstock laminate foam is designed for highly-efficient processes which laminate coverstock foams to all fabric types. These foam formulations are specifically engineered for wet and dry headliner forming, as well as conventional and foam-in-place soft trim applications. 

Flat and round bun manufacturing are offered, in both polyether and polyester grades. This product delivers crisp, clean line definition, superior resistance to mottling, higher firmness range, and reduced thickness capability as low as 2 mm, while maintaining outstanding performance. Additional grades of this foam are produced for several medical products and a variety of industrial applications.
