Recent recognition of Woodbridge for excellence in sustainability
In Oct. 2024, Woodbridge was awarded the 2024 Polyurethane Innovation Award from the Center for the Polyurethanes Industry of the American Chemistry Council. The award-winning technology, TrimVisible™ BIO, is a more sustainable foam in which biogenic carbon replaces some petroleum-based materials in polyurethane seating foam. This innovation enables a net neutral foam in Scope 1 carbon dioxide emissions and reduces Woodbridge’s overall CO2 footprint.
