MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada & TROY, Mich., March 15, 2023 – Woodbridge today announced that Mark Boldin has been appointed Group President, Diversified Solutions.
In this position, Boldin will oversee Woodbridge’s newly formed Diversified Solutions Business Unit which consists of Flexible Foam & Lamination; Technical Foam; Engineered Composites; Noise, Vibration and Harshness; and Formed Plastics. He will also be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Boldin will report to Kai Jacobsen, President & CEO.

Boldin joined Woodbridge in 2015 as Vice President and General Manager, Molded Foam, U.S. and Canada, and in 2017, was named Senior Vice President, Global Operational Excellence. He most recently served as Senior Vice President Technical Foam, Flexible Foam & Lamination & Engineered Composites. Prior to Woodbridge, Boldin held positions at Faurecia (Forvia) and Ford.
Boldin earned his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University.
