Learn MoreMISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada & TROY, Mich., Jan. 23, 2023 – Woodbridge today announced the appointment of Julie (Mok) Correia as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Correia rejoins Woodbridge from Ontario Power Generation, where she served as Vice President and Treasurer, after previously spending nearly four years at Woodbridge as Vice President and Treasurer.

Her hands-on and disciplined approach in delivering effective financial management will bring value to our stakeholders and support our company’s operational goals.”
As CFO, Correia is responsible for Treasury, Tax, Corporate controllership, Insurance, Enterprise and Financial Risk Management, Environmental, Social, and Governance, Mergers and Acquisition, Internal Audit, Global Purchasing and Legal. She is also a member of the company's Executive Leadership Team.
Correia originally joined Woodbridge in 2018 as Treasurer and later promoted to Vice President responsible for Treasury, Insurance, Financial Risk Management, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to Woodbridge, she was Director, Corporate Finance, Treasury Americas at Rio Tinto. Most recently, Correia was Ontario Power Generation’s Vice President and Treasurer, where she helped the company secure its inaugural $300M nuclear green bond, $970M Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) facility for the first of a kind Small Modular Reactor (SMR) project, and the $250M private placement bond issuance.

Correia earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
