Shauna Hatch

Shauna Hatch joined Woodbridge as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environment and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this position, she oversees teammate relations and engagement, HS&E, compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management and total rewards, and diversity & inclusion.

Most recently, she was Vice President, Human Resources, Global Lead for Plasman. Prior to that, she was Director, Human Resources, Employee Operations at Vistaprint. Hatch has deep and extensive experience leading human resources initiatives in the automotive industry.

Hatch earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Windsor and Advanced Program Human Resources certification from the University of Toronto.
