Mark Boldin

Mark Boldin, who joined Woodbridge in 2015, is President, North America and Global Operational Excellence and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Boldin oversees the Seating and Interior Solutions (SIS) and Diversified Solutions (DS) Business Units (BUs) in North America, leads collaborations among BUs, promotes product specialization, and maximizes the efficient utilization of resources within a dynamic manufacturing team. Additionally, he will encourage global operational excellence, which includes the standardization of quality, materials, and operating practices across all global manufacturing sites and the Woodbridge Production System.

He most recently served as Group President, Diversified Solutions. In this position, Boldin oversaw Woodbridge's newly formed Diversified Solutions BU, which consists of Flexible Foam & Lamination; Technical Foam; Engineered Composites; Noise, Vibration, and Harshness; and Formed Plastics.

Prior to his tenure at Woodbridge, Boldin worked at Faurecia and Ford Motor Company.

Boldin earned his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University.
