Kai Jacobsen

Kai Jacobsen was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2023. In this role, he reports directly to Woodbridge's Board of Directors.

Jacobsen joined Woodbridge in 2017 as President, Molded Foam and became a member of the company's Executive Leadership Team. In 2019, he was named Senior Vice President, Formed Plastics, Interior Parts and Assembly & Diversified, and in 2020, Jacobsen returned to serve as President, Molded Foam with oversight of the business unit's Regional Leadership Team. Most recently, Jacobsen was acting Chief Operating Officer.

Jacobsen has 30 years of global automotive experience, and he holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Applied Science in Germany.
